By using Acupa you agree: You are at least 18 years old. Acupa is an AI companion app — not a human, not a therapist, not a doctor, not an attorney, not a crisis line. He's a friend with manners and a long memory, but he's still AI. He can be wrong. For medical, psychiatric, legal, or emergency matters — please reach a real human. In the US: 988 for crisis support, 911 for immediate danger. Elsewhere: your local emergency service or crisis line. Acupa cannot contact emergency services for you. You agree not to use Acupa to abuse, harass, or harm any person, including yourself in ways the app cannot help with. Subscriptions are billed through Apple. You can cancel any time in your Apple ID Subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their refund policy. We may update these terms occasionally. We'll let you know inside the app when we do.
