By using Acupa you agree: You are at least 18 years old. Acupa is an AI companion — not a human, therapist, doctor, attorney or crisis line. His replies can be wrong. For medical, legal or emergency matters, seek appropriate human help. Acupa cannot contact emergency services for you. Do not use Acupa to abuse, harass or harm others. Free use and subscriptions: The free plan has daily limits and does not require a payment card. Paid plans provide the features and allowances displayed in the Menu. Prices are in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable taxes and the total are shown during checkout. Web subscriptions: Slow Brew is $9.99 monthly or $69.99 annually, with a 7-day trial for eligible new subscribers. Venti is $19.99 monthly or $149.99 annually, with a 3-day trial for eligible new subscribers. Your trial is free. Unless canceled before the trial ends, your selected plan automatically renews at the displayed monthly or annual price. Cancel anytime through Billing in the Menu. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the terms shown in Billing; deleting your account or clearing browser storage does not cancel a subscription. Stripe handles web checkout and subscription billing. Web billing or refund questions can be sent to acupaapp@gmail.com. Any refund is subject to the applicable checkout terms and your statutory rights; no refund is promised here. Native iOS purchases: Native iOS subscriptions are billed by Apple under the price and trial terms shown in Apple's purchase sheet. RevenueCat manages purchase validation and entitlement access; it does not replace Apple's billing. Manage or cancel iOS subscriptions in your Apple ID Subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the trial or billing period ends. Apple handles iOS refund requests under its refund policy. Web checkout does not manage or cancel an Apple subscription. Changing devices: Use the existing device-linking feature to carry subscription access to another session. Keep your session and linking code secure. If you cannot access Billing, contact support before a renewal is due. We may update these terms and the displayed revision date.
